A quick, festive, and easy-to-make fall brunch drink that combines high-quality apple cider with sparkling wine for a sophisticated yet simple cocktail experience.

Ingredients

  • 100% Pure Apple Cider (cold-pressed)
  • Sparkling Wine or Prosecco
  • Apple Cinnamon Syrup (Optional)
  • Fresh Apple Slices (for garnish)
  • Cinnamon Sticks (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill the apple cider and sparkling wine in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  2. Slice fresh apples into thin rounds and place them in a bowl of cold water to prevent browning until ready to serve.
  3. In a large glass pitcher, combine chilled apple cider and sparkling wine using a ratio of 2 parts cider to 1 part sparkling wine (or 1:1 for a stronger kick). Stir gently to combine without losing bubbles.
  4. If using apple cinnamon syrup, add 1 tablespoon per cup of liquid and stir gently.
  5. Fill each champagne flute about halfway with the mixture, then top up with a little more sparkling wine or cider if needed.
  6. Garnish each glass with a slice of apple and a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.

Notes

Pour sparkling wine slowly down the side of the glass to minimize foaming. Keep all ingredients cold to preserve carbonation. Do not store the mixed drink as bubbles will dissipate; store ingredients separately. For a non-alcoholic version, omit sparkling wine and use extra cider or club soda.
