This Easy Candy Corn Bark with White Chocolate and Pretzels is a quick, 5-ingredient fall treat that combines salty pretzels, sweet white chocolate, and chewy candy corn for an irresistible crunch. Perfect for Halloween parties or cozy nights in, it takes just 15 minutes of active work.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz (340 g) white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 cup (200 g) candy corn
  • 1 cup (85 g) mini pretzels, plus extra for topping
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt, a pinch

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, extending over edges for handles.
  2. Place 1 cup mini pretzels in a zip-top bag and gently crush with a rolling pin into pea-sized pieces.
  3. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine 12 oz white chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring after each, until smooth and glossy (about 2 minutes total).
  4. Stir crushed pretzels into melted white chocolate until evenly coated.
  5. Pour mixture onto prepared baking sheet and spread into an even 1/4-inch thick layer.
  6. While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle 1 cup candy corn evenly over surface, pressing gently. Scatter extra whole mini pretzels on top, pressing in. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  7. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes until completely firm (or freeze for 15-20 minutes).
  8. Lift parchment from pan, place on cutting board, and break into irregular pieces with hands.

Notes

Use room temperature candy corn and pretzels for best texture. Don’t overheat white chocolate; use 50% power. Press toppings gently so they don’t sink. Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. Best within 2-3 days.
