A simple, creamy, and high-protein breakfast made with just five ingredients. These overnight oats require no cooking and are perfect for meal prep, offering a thick, pudding-like texture that keeps you full until lunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 scoop (approx. 30g) vanilla or peanut butter flavored protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy, almond, oat, or soy)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry mason jars or storage containers.
  2. Add 1/2 cup rolled oats and 1 scoop protein powder to each jar. Stir dry ingredients to distribute powder evenly.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter, 1/2 cup milk, and 1/4 cup Greek yogurt to the jars.
  4. Mix thoroughly with a spoon or whisk until the peanut butter is fully incorporated and the mixture is uniform, scraping the sides of the jar.
  5. Cover jars with lids or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight (8-12 hours).
  6. Before eating, check consistency. Add a splash of milk if too thick, or more oats if too thin. Top with desired ingredients like bananas or honey.

Notes

Use old-fashioned rolled oats, not instant or steel-cut. For a thicker consistency, use less milk. For a thinner consistency, add more milk. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Substitutions: almond butter for peanut butter, coconut yogurt for dairy-free.
