A no-bake, creamy fudge featuring distinct layers of candy corn and a rich cream cheese base. This easy fall treat comes together in under 15 minutes and requires no oven.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar (powdered sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups candy corn (divided: 1 cup for melting, 1 cup for layering)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for melting candy corn)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for top layer)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. Ensure cream cheese and butter are softened to room temperature.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix on low until combined, then beat on high for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy. Scrape down sides.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of candy corn with 1 tablespoon of butter (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until mostly melted. Do not overheat.
  5. Pour the melted candy corn mixture into the cream cheese base and fold gently with a spatula until evenly distributed.
  6. Spread half of the mixture into the prepared pan to form the bottom layer.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of whole candy corn evenly over the first layer and press down gently.
  8. Spread the remaining fudge mixture over the candy corn layer. Smooth the top. Optionally, melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 4 hours, until firm.
  10. Lift fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Slice into squares with a sharp knife (dip knife in hot water between cuts for clean edges).

Notes

Ensure all dairy ingredients are at room temperature to prevent lumps. Do not use melted butter as it will make the fudge greasy. The fudge must chill for at least 2 hours to set properly. For clean cuts, dip the knife in hot water and wipe dry between slices. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months.
